Church Community Services, organized in 1989, provides emergency assistance to Scotland County residents, families and individuals in need of food, clothing, help with utility bills, rent or mortgage payments and prescription drugs. Individuals are eligible to receive assistance with their rent/mortgage/utilities once in a twleve month period. Other assistance may be available up to three times every twelve months.
